The brand-new Storybook Forest exhibit is now open at Exploration Station, part of the Bourbonnais Township Park District. This whimsical indoor environment was designed to spark imagination, encourage early literacy, and give kids and families a playful place to connect through storytelling.
From oversized props to cozy reading nooks and a towering central tree, every corner is packed with charming details and interactive fun. It’s been such a joy to see this space come to life—and even more fun to see visitors already diving in and exploring!
